FES is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringements system in Victoria and includes the Director, Fines Victoria, and the Sheriff's Office Victoria. The Contract Compliance team within FES is responsible for managing the performance of the contractor engaged to deliver administrative services relating to the Victorian fines system on behalf of Victoria Police, Fines Victoria and the Sheriff of Victoria. The team is responsible for developing and monitoring more effective and systemic responses and supporting business excellence, service improvement and sector development initiatives. About the Role: The role of the Senior Project Officer will support monitoring of contractor compliance with the Business Services Agreement (BSA) contract, under which fines administrative services are delivered. Some of your duties will include: * Leading operational projects and initiatives to that contribute to the continuous improvement or business/legislative compliance of the Business Services Agreement * Developing project specifications, deliverables, governance processes and reporting requirements to facilitate effective project delivery * Develop and implement communication strategies to create stakeholder buy-in for business proposals and change requests About You: To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: * Proven experience within a range of business management areas such as business planning, finance, risk management or communications. * Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with, and providing valued advice to, a range of stakeholders, staff, and senior management. * Strong writing skills to prepare complex briefing documents and reports to Senior Management, stakeholders and staff. Qualifications: * A relevant tertiary qualification would be highly regarded. * Knowledge of DJCS business management processes and an understanding of the FES business environment is well regarded. * Knowledge and expertise in procurement and contract management processes would be an advantage.
