About the Role:
As a Part-Time Cleaner at Challenger, you'll play a key role in supporting residents by providing high-quality cleaning services that help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone committed to maintaining high safety standards and delivering consistent, outstanding service. You'll receive full training and work alongside a team that values respect, compassion, and excellence
* Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00/4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Compassionate: Delivering friendly, respectful, and professional cleaning services directly in private homes within the retirement village.
* Tailored Cleaning: Following a schedule and performing a variety of tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning and taking out rubbish, etc., while respecting each client's individual needs, routines, and preferences.
* Safety & Compliance: Following all safety procedures and hazard policies to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and residents.
What we're looking for:
* Essential Clearances: A current National Police Check (required).
* Health & Safety: Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (required).
* Mobility: A reliable car and valid driver's licence (required). A personal vehicle is recommended for candidates living more than 30 minutes from the site.
* Team & Independent Work: The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
* Experience Level: No professional cleaning experience required – full training is provided.
