Manage, advise and report on the implementation of the Department's approved capital works program, with a particular focus on client service, including researching, proposing and implementing improvements to related policies, procedures and systems.

The Team

The Capital Works team provides advice, support and project management services for the development and construction of DECYP's asset portfolio.

Manage a diverse and professional capital works team to deliver the Department's approved capital works program, with a particular focus on the provision of contemporary built environments for our learners and all users.

We are looking for

* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment
* Relevant tertiary qualification

Please note: The cost associated with obtaining a RWVP is the responsibility of the individual.

* a resume that contains relevant personal details and work history.
* a valid email address for the purposes of email communication.
* The contact details of two referees (one must be your current or previous manager) who can confirm your work performance and ability to perform the duties.

Please note that we do not require a separate statement addressing the selection criteria.
