About The Role
The Senior Technology Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring SWARH meets objectives and achieves its project benefits by increasing employee adoption, usage, and sustainability of solutions. The position is responsible for developing standards and capability for Change Management at SWARH. The role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees as well as mitigate clinical risks by reducing the impacts of change. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. The role will develop, lead, monitor and report on the end-to-end change process that results in leaders and users of all roles and levels competently and confidently using digital solutions

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in technology change management, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices. (Prosci, Change First, etc)
Change Management experience in a large multi-faceted organisation, particularly managing and coordinating people impacts, resource demands and communication
