**IMMEDIATE START**
We are hoping to commence this position immediately, however we are happy to wait for the right person.
**THE POSITION**
As Site Supervisor your role would be to overlook Projects, mainly commercial fit outs of Aged Care facilities and Schools. You will need experience managing the electrical scope for medium scale construction projects. You must be able to read and follow drawings for internal power, Data and Comms. You will have the ability to run a medium scale commercial project from start to finish, however you will have support from a Project Manager, Operations Manager and Admin staff.
**_You must be a qualified Electrician._**
You must be able to:
- Maintain project documentation
- Establish and maintain construction schedule
- Conduct prestart and tool box talks
- Ensure all EDSi staff and sub-contractors are inducted
- Maintain safety at all times
- Supervise Tradesman, Apprentices and TA's on site.
- Submit RFI's and EOT's as required.
- Work with Operations Manager to submit Progress Claims & keep project within budget.
- Submit PO's for materials in line with program
- Liaise with stakeholders such as Principal Contractor and others
- Remain calm under pressure
- Train apprentices
- Deliver top quality projects within budget

**HOURS & LOCATION**
Current Projects are in Belmont, Jandakot and Hammond Park
The job is Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week, no overtime required
