Sunshine Coast Churches Soccer Association – Bokarina QLD
Sunshine Coast Churches Soccer Association (SCCSA) is a not-for-profit Association with 19 Soccer Clubs across the Sunshine Coast. Our Clubs total over 4000 junior members, 650 senior players and countless volunteers. We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our Administration Office located in Bokarina. The Administration Office supports Clubs in critical areas such as online registration, competition management, volunteer support, and inclusive practices.
Hours: Permanent Part Time, office based 30hours per week, including evening or weekend work as required.
Commencing: January 2026
About the role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small Admin team in Bokarina, managing documentation, maintaining high standards of service delivery and act as a point of contact for Member Clubs, officials, teams, players and the general football community under the guidance of the SCCSA Executive.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain office workflow, structure and communication
- Promote a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring compliance with OH&S; regulations and relevant laws
- Supervise administrative personnel and external contractors, ensuring work quality and performance standards are met
- Manage Association and Office systems, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organisational requirements
- Maintain the SCCSA's database and records
- Ensure accuracy of game data including monitoring eligibility, and coordinating referee payments
- Apply modern modes of communication and use of technology to improve efficiency to meet the needs and expectations of the Association
Experience and skills required
- A positive, adaptable attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to team culture
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must hold, or be willing to obtain prior to starting, a valid Blue Card (in line with QLD Government regulations)
- Current drivers licence and own transport
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Qualified written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders including volunteers
- Friendly, engaging personality and the ability to build relationships with diverse member base
- Strong interpersonal skills including discretion, empathy, a collaborative spirit when handling sensitive and confidential information
- The ability to work within the Christian Philosophy and objectives of the Sunshine Coast Churches Soccer Association
Experience and skills desirable but not essential
- Managerial experience
- Experience of working with volunteers
- A love of the game of soccer
