HTE Construction Group is seeking a motivated, and skilled qualified roofer to join our team. We specialise in both private works and insurance repairs. The ideal candidate will enjoy travel, working as part of a team and being motivated.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with roof installations/repairs : metal, tile, Colorbond, etc.
* Remove old roofing materials and dispose appropriately
* Lift and transport roofing materials (sheets, battens, insulation)
* Cut, shape, and fix roofing components
* Work at heights safely using fall-protection gear
* Maintain a clean and organised work site
* Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements
* Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred
* White Card (construction induction) required
* Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain) is highly desirable
* Reliable transport
* Physically fit — able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in QLD conditions
* Good communication and ability to work in a crew
