The Opportunity We’re seeking an AWS Connect Administrator to support the delivery and ongoing management of cloud-based contact centre solutions within a large enterprise public cloud environment. You will work across multiple customers, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable Amazon Connect platforms while contributing to continuous improvement and service innovation. This role sits within a collaborative cloud product team and works closely with architecture, networking, implementation, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Administer and support AWS Connect environments across multiple customers Design and maintain contact flows, routing logic, and integrations Support implementation of new customer environments and onboarding activities Work with architects and engineers to deliver scalable AWS solutions Develop and support integrations using AWS services such as Lambda and APIs Identify risks, performance issues, and improvement opportunities Contribute to solution design, proposals, and customer workshops Support cost modelling and optimisation of cloud services Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across environments Key Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Experience delivering enterprise AWS solutions in multi-customer environments Strong knowledge of contact flow design and CX platforms Experience with AWS Lambda and service integrations Strong scripting or automation skills (Terraform, Python or AWS CDK) Solid understanding of IAM, security logging, and AWS compliance patterns Experience working in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have Experience in government or regulated environments Background in contact centre or CX transformation programs Exposure to DevOps practices in cloud environments Experience working with product-based cloud service teams About You You are a hands-on cloud engineer with a strong interest in customer experience platforms and AWS-native solutions.
