Environmental Conservation Lead

* Spearheading on-ground supervision of the environment field team to guarantee project success.
Key aspects of this position include managing natural resource activities, coordinating bush regeneration efforts, and conducting site assessments. Working from home or remotely at times is necessary for some tasks which may require absence from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate has experience supervising teams performance managing risk processes systems knowledge of best practice natural resources management ecological restoration skills awareness environmental issues communication administrative skills using computers Microsoft Office suite GPS Avenza FieldMaps tools equipment WHS policies procedures ACDC Licence/ACUP White Card Senior First Aid Cross-cut Chainsaw ticket 4x4 experience qualifications required or desirable depending essential criteria Certificate III Conservation & Land Management equivalent Minimum 3 years professional experience with similar duties Drivers Licence leading teams capable challenging outdoor environments.
