Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to select and size equipment for optimal performance.
* Design, develop, and implement chemical programs to achieve performance goals.
* Ensure economic, environmental, and ethical viability of projects.
* Conduct tests to support the development and implementation of chemical programs.
* Assist the principal engineer in delivering Dissolved Air Floatation and Lithium process clarifiers.
* Work with the Head of Engineering on preliminary work for laboratory trials related to carbon dioxide harvesting or arsenic recovery.
* Ensure regulatory compliance across diverse client requirements.
* Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in collaboration with team members.
* Provide case-by-case assistance to client plant operations.
* Coordinate and schedule projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Proficient in Word and Excel; familiarity with Ansys or Aspen preferred.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective team-working abilities.
