About the Role This is your opportunity to spearhead the physical retail expansion of one of Australia's fastest-growing lifestyle brands. As Head of Retail, you'll design and execute Hommey's retail strategy across Australia — from site selection and store network planning to team leadership and performance management. You'll blend creative vision with commercial precision, transforming spaces into destinations that bring the Hommey identity to life. You'll lead with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, building retail experiences that convert visitors into loyal customers while scaling our physical presence nationwide. We're looking for a retail visionary with a builder mindset — someone who can turn locations into destinations, teams into communities, and browsers into brand advocates. Responsibilities Own and execute Hommey's retail strategy and store expansion across Australia Lead site identification, feasibility assessments, leasing negotiations, and store launches Drive store performance with full P&L accountability, revenue targets, and operational excellence Build and inspire high-performing retail teams including Store Managers and floor staff Deliver consistently elevated customer experiences aligned with Hommey's brand ethos Oversee merchandising, visual standards, and in-store storytelling with Brand and VM teams Collaborate with CEO and cross-functional leaders to ensure unified omnichannel experiences Implement retail systems, procedures, and compliance frameworks for scalable operations About You 8 years in senior retail leadership roles — ideally within lifestyle, design, or consumer brands Proven track record owning P&L for multiple stores and driving commercial success Demonstrated expertise in site selection and retail expansion within the Australian market Strong team leadership skills with experience building high-performance retail cultures Skilled in retail systems, customer experience design, and operational excellence Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and high adaptability Passionate about creating physical spaces that tell compelling brand stories Why Join Hommey?
