Client
An ICG client is looking for a highly experienced and motivated business analyst to assist with an exciting M&A transaction.
Role
Support a multi-stream project team, working with a dedicated stream project lead. The stream is focused on People and Premises.
Key Deliverables:
* Support a varied suite of requests throughout the project transaction life-cycle.
* Utilize research, analysis, recommendations, reporting, presentations, and documentation to support these tasks.
Skills and experience required:
* Stakeholder engagement: interfacing with teams to gather required inputs/data.
* Self-starter and problem solver: able to deliver outputs on time, show initiative, ask probing questions, and challenge outcomes.
* Proficiency in graphing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets.
* Retail financial services background desirable but not essential; please specify subsectors worked in.
* Exposure to one or both of the people and premises functions; specify the extent in your application.
* Experience with post-merger integration/separation support; specify transactions supported.
Logistics
Start date: Starting Immediately.
Duration: Until February 2025, with a possibility of extension.
Location: One role in Sydney and one in Auckland.
Rate: Between $850-$900 NZD or AUD daily net rate, depending on location, plus GST where applicable.
