We are seeking a talented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Rockhampton Mobile Auto Electrics. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the smooth operation of our automotive workshop. This full-time position is located in Rockhampton, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
2. Scheduling and coordinating vehicle service and repair appointments
3. Communicating with customers throughout the repair process, keeping them informed of progress
4. Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair work
5. Providing excellent customer service and building strong, lasting relationships
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Proficient in using automotive software and information systems
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
