Job Description
MULTIPLE ROLES Sales Agents & Property Managers. Our partners require strong sellers and property managers who possess experience, confidence, and proven capability in either field: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Portfolio or Senior PM experience is preferred. They need individuals with great legislation knowledge and client relationship ability, as well as excellent communication skills and autonomy. Confidence managing end-to-end file responsibility is also essential.
Requirements
* SALES AGENTS - Established agents with a track record of results. Hungry, strategic, and motivated individuals who can scale with competitive listing, negotiation, and closing abilities are desired.
* PROPERTY MANAGERS - Portfolio or Senior PM experience preferred. Strong legislation knowledge, client relationship ability, and great communication and autonomous working skills are necessary.
