About the role:
This is a Permanent Full-Time position within the Rosella ward.
Working closely with the Medical Head of Department and Deputy Nurse Unit Manager You will be responsible for providing management and clinical leadership to staff within PICU, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and family care aligns with the standards set by the Australian Commission on safety and quality, and the nursing and midwifery board of Australia. This involves implementing comprehensive safe and evidence-based nursing practises that contribute to optimal outcomes.
