Join the Acute Care Mental Health Team, delivering urgent mental health assessments, risk management, brief interventions and coordinated referrals for adults in crisis. Work within a collaborative team committed to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.

Conduct mental health assessments & crisis interventions

Collaborate with stakeholders for care & discharge planning

Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic support

Experience

Social Worker, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist,or Counsellor (AHPRA/AASW registration as applicable)

Experience in acute or community mental health

Strong crisis assessment & intervention skills

Valid NSW driver's licence

NSW Working With Children Check

12-week contract with potential extension

As a Mental Health RN, you will:

* Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care for patients with acute and chronic mental health needs.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care.

* Supervise and mentor ENs and AINs where required.

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum of 3 years' mental health nursing experience.
* Strong clinical and risk management skills.

* Ability to work in a private hospital setting, with professionalism and teamwork.
* Experience in drug and alcohol nursing.
* Confidence in patient advocacy and communicating risks.
* Permanent, full-time nursing positions (no casual or contract work).
