We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team, supporting managers and leaders in handling ER matters across multiple business units. This role plays a key part in fostering a supportive culture, ensuring compliance with Australian employment law, and providing expert guidance on performance and dispute management. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters. Address and resolve employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in line with company policies and Australian employment law. Conduct investigations and provide timely, balanced recommendations. Support managers with performance management, coaching, and implementing improvement plans. Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution across the business. Communicate ER updates and conduct briefings for employees and leaders. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on ER/IR trends and outcomes. Skills & Experience Proven experience in ER/HR roles, ideally in logistics or transportation. Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, industrial relations, and Fair Work regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Comfortable managing multiple complex matters simultaneously and working independently Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
