Field Supervisor - UG Operations - 4/3 - FIFO Perth or based in Kalgoorlie

The Role
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will actively support operations management to deliver daily production plans safely and successfully in accordance with company's values, legislation and HSEQ procedures.
In this role, you'll use your strong teamwork and relationship skills to engage with key stakeholders and help build a high-performing, continuously improving culture. You'll play a hands-on leadership role, supporting your team through rostering, training, hiring, and performance management while mentoring them to deliver safe and efficient results. With a genuine passion for helping others succeed, you'll also contribute to training site personnel in key operational and HSEQ areas where needed.
What you'll bring
* Supervise and support all underground operations including transfer truck, surface and UG operators.
* Management of bulk emulsion stocks across multiple sites.
* Coordinate field activities including breakdown response, preventative maintenance and major servicing schedules.
* Strong operational experience in explosives/mining.
* Knowledge of drill & blast techniques (preferred).
* Experience in bulk truck delivery and on-bench blasting.
* Understanding of legislation & competent in investigations.
* Ability to develop JSAs and safe work instructions.
* National Police Clearance.
* DG Security Card & DG Driver's Licence.
* Solid experience in underground charge-up – development and production blasting.
* HR licence -Manual Synchromesh.
* RIIHAN301E- Operate Elevated Work Platform (EWP).
* RIIWHS204E- Work Safety at heights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work across multiple sites and support a geographically dispersed team.
Working closely with site operations, maintenance teams and customer stakeholders, you will coordinate field activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure operations are supported to deliver safe and efficient maintenance outcomes across multiple locations.
