The Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will aid the owner in achieving financial targets and carry through day‐to‐day venue operations while developing staff in service and sales. You will be an influential and valued leader. You will be an excellent communicator and passionate about supporting a team in a fast‐paced environment.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in leading great Restaurant teams
* Some knowledge and passion of wine is highly desirable
* Provide excellent guest experience
* Great people management and prioritising skills
* Ability to work with budgets to achieve growth within the business
