This role is an exciting opportunity for Occupational Therapists to take their career to the next level. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in providing exceptional support services to adults with diverse needs.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop personalized plans that cater to their unique goals and aspirations. You will have the flexibility to work in various settings, including client homes, group homes, aged care facilities, and public settings.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and reporting skills, as well as the ability to provide comprehensive support services. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating progress.

Key Responsibilities:

* To assess and evaluate the functional capacity of adult clients with diverse needs.
* To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique goals and aspirations of each client.
* To conduct comprehensive home assessments and provide recommendations for home modifications.
* To provide expert advice on assistive technology and equipment to enhance client independence.
* To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
* AHPRA registration.
* Current driver's license with use of own vehicle.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
