Package: $178,647 (base salary $158,152 plus superannuation and annual leave loading).
This position is responsible for leading a team and overseeing product integrity and effectiveness as well as monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the organisation's Customer Relations Management (CRM) services. You will evaluate new approaches and solutions based on business demand and manage the CRM team to ensure the service meets the needs of the core TAFE business, System Group, its workforce, and external parties including audit and vendors. Additionally, you will perform system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, issue escalation, and proactive problem resolution to maintain system performance.
