Kermani Capital is a Sydney-based property wealth business helping Australians build property portfolios and reach financial freedom through smart finance and acquisition strategy. We're growing fast and we're looking for an experienced Credit Analyst who can deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and help us scale.
The Opportunity
You'll step into a high-performance environment with:
· Warm, qualified client flow (no cold calling)
· Strong admin / processing support to keep you broking
· Repeat business driven by portfolio clients (not one-off transactions)
· A values-led team that focuses on client results and long-term relationships
This is ideal for a seasoned credit analyst who wants a consistent pipeline, a premium client experience, and the opportunity to grow their income with clear support structures.
The Role
· Manage the end-to-end client journey: discovery, lending strategy, recommendation, application, settlement, and post-settlement follow-up
· Structure loans correctly for both owner-occupiers and investors (offsets, splits, IO vs P&I, cash-out/equity release where appropriate)
· Provide clear, compliant guidance aligned to responsible lending and best-practice documentation
· Work closely with internal strategy and acquisitions teams to align finance with the broader property plan
· Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure pricing/credit outcomes are optimised for the client
· Build trust and long-term client relationships (we're portfolio-focused, not transactional)
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
· 3+ years mortgage broking experience (or strong equivalent lending experience)
· Proven track record of writing quality loans and managing a pipeline
· Strong knowledge of investor lending, servicing, LVR/DTI considerations, lender policies, and credit nuances
· Excellent communication — you can simplify complex lending concepts for everyday Australians
· Strong attention to detail with clean, compliant files and strong notes
· Drive, ownership, and professionalism
Highly Regarded
· Experience with portfolio/investor clients and long-term finance planning
· Exposure to complex deals (self-employed, multiple securities, cash-out, trust structures, etc.)
· Existing referral network (not required, but welcome)
What You'll Get
· Competitive remuneration + performance incentives (based on experience)
· Consistent, qualified lead flow (portfolio clients, not rate shoppers)
· Admin/processing support to increase your writing capacity
· Clear systems, scripts and structure — but autonomy to run your book
· Career growth into Senior/Team Lead as we scale
