About the role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service.
Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from stocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, to picking orders for our Online Customers and being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave the store with their shopping.
What you'll do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
* Follow policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe, including looking out for and reporting hazards
* Help customers by answering questions or guiding them to products throughout their shopping journey
* Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
* Shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need
