What does the job look like?
We have an exciting opportunity to join Linfox Armaguard Group as a Risk and Security Coordinator, in this position you will be responsible for ensuring overall protection of Armaguard Group assets through contemporary security risk management strategies, resources and equipment.
Key areas include:
* Respond to all critical incidents in a timely manner and as directed by the Regional Security Manager
* Conduct Security Risk Assessments in consultation with the Regional Security Manager
* Regular review of current security practices to manage and mitigate risks to the Armaguard Group
* Investigate all security related incidents in a proficient professional and timely manner involving conducting comprehensive investigations, taking statements, interviewing, preparing evidence, report writing, and covert surveillance
Are you the one?
You will be a key member within security, which protects the assets and people of Armaguard and its customers, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulation.
You can demonstrate:
* High level of administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines
* Excellent communications skills both verbal and written with proven experience in conflict resolution
* NSW Security Licence, Drivers Licence, Security Guards Firearms licence
* Certificate IV in Security Risk Management
* Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment requiring a high level of confidentiality
* Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation in respect to licensing and criminal law
* Experience in undertaking investigations, including interviewing, obtaining statements, collecting evidence, report writing, and conducting surveillance
