Job Title: Team Leader Planning Services
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced team leader to oversee the daily operations of our planning services department.
* B build a high-performing team with a strong culture of collaboration and service excellence.
* Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process enhancement.
* Play a key role in preparing for and implementing new systems and processes.
* Oversee and be responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators and statutory requirements.
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in business, public administration, land use planning or other field related to local government.
* Desirable qualifications include experience in the Victorian planning, building or construction sectors, as well as local government sector.
