POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a trustworthy Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative assistance and support to the engineering team. The maintenance coordinator's responsibilities
* Monitoring of maintenance plans and contracts timely execution
* Follow up maintenance tasks with the rest of the team, and coordinate with relevant vendors and service providers.
* Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
* Putting rooms needing maintenance out of order and assist with completion of audits
* Coordinate with other departments in order to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues in timely manner
* Maintaining compliance documents and property information
* Keeping track of supply and material inventories, ordering and liaising with suppliers
* Coordinate and schedule with other departments in the event of major system shut down or major repair or improvement.
* Updating maintenance service sheets in Transcendent
* Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
* Keeping track of the maintenance team training
* Assisting in the security procedures and sustainability practises
Maintenance Coordinator Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar role within the service industry is an advantage
* Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
* Data entry and attention to detail

This is a Part Time role and you will work at The Westin Perth (2 days) as well as Aloft Perth hotels (1day).
