A rapidly expanding fintech company is looking for a Sales Director to join their team in Melbourne. This role requires an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive from the SaaS technology space, with a proven track record of selling into enterprise scale financial institutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone to utilise their network and experience at a prestigious SaaS company with an exceptional product.


Responsibilities

* Meet sales/revenue objectives through new client growth to support overall business growth goals.
* Complete sales cycle responsibility, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management and development.
* Develop a structured prospecting plan to target large companies across industry verticals, selling software solutions and consulting services to C Level Executives and end users.
* Negotiate agreements with customers to sell the best product and service to close gaps and improve costs.
* Build relationships with key decision makers within customer organisations to ensure the highest levels of efficient operational interaction.
* Use existing relationships within partner organisations to develop deep advisory relationships and net-new deal leads generation.


Qualifications

* Over 7 years of experience in software sales to the financial services industry.
* Strong sales experience working with complex customers and stakeholders, including C-level executives.
* A network within big 4 banks.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted internal and external relationships.
* Results driven, self-starter that can excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Dynamic interpersonal skills are critical for this role, including assertiveness, impactful communication style, high energy level, high credibility/respect from colleagues, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Previous experience selling Fraud/Risk/Compliance solutions is beneficial.
