What You'll Do
* Trim hedges and care for plants to keep them looking amazing.
* Set up and maintain irrigation systems.
* Handle weeds and pests with skill.
* Clear green waste and rubbish efficiently.
* Use a variety of garden tools and machinery like a pro.
* Train and inspire team members with your know-how.
* Mow lawns, whipper snip, and edge for perfect landscapes.
What You Bring
* Gardening experience and a passion for plants.
* Horticultural certification (a bonus – show us what you've got).
* Valid Manual Driver's Licence (a must).
* Clear Police Check (or ability to get one).
* Strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
* Good communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
