Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
SAP EWM / TM Functional Lead
to support a client engagement in Melbourne. This role requires a senior functional consultant who can work closely with stakeholders, lead solution design, and deliver high-quality SAP EWM outcomes, on a 3-month contract for potential extension in Melbourne on Hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will be viewed by the client as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
* Lead solution design, system configuration, and functional documentation
* Facilitate and support functional and design workshops
* Create and validate end-to-end process maps
* Prepare and maintain configuration documents, functional specifications, and test cases
* Execute unit testing and support broader testing cycles
* Provide inputs and guidance to stream and program leadership
* Act as a functional expert and trusted advisor for SAP EWM solutions
Skills & Experience Required
* 15+ years of overall professional industry experience
* 10+ years of hands-on
SAP EWM
experience, including multiple greenfield implementations
* Strong functional consulting background within SAP
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
* Proven ability to lead discussions and collaborate effectively within teams
Desirable Experience
* SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience
* Exposure to SAP SD and MM modules
* Industry experience across FMCG, Retail, and/or Process Manufacturing
