We are currently seeking a skilled mental health professional to provide confidential counselling services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our EAP service offers short-term support to diverse clients dealing with various personal issues that may or may not be work-related. Sessions are conducted face-to-face, online via telephone and video calls.
* The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work, along with professional registration with relevant health organisations.
* They will also have at least three years of experience in counselling and be confident in managing client risk within a short-term framework.
