Due to our continued growth and development, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced TBM Operator to join the Microtunnelling team.

About the role:
* Safe and efficient operation of TBM in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements
* Maintain and troubleshoot TBM equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Monitor tunnelling progress to ensure accurate installation of pipelines and other underground infrastructure
* Assist with site preparation and post-tunnelling tasks
* Communicate effectively to support project delivery and achieve successful outcomes
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience operating TBMs
* Experience in pipeline and underground service installation
* RIICTT303D Control microtunnelling and pipe jacking – highly desirable
* Must have a valid Driver's Licence – HR desirable
* Proactive in maintaining safety standards and contributing to team success
