About the role:
* Lead and coordinate civil and infrastructure projects including earthworks, sewer, water and drainage infrastructure
* Provide strategic leadership across all project phases, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, change control, and delivery against safety, quality, program, and budget objectives
* Manage commercial performance, including budgets, forecasting, progress claims, and contract compliance
* Ensure strict adherence to HSE, quality, contractual, and governance requirements, in line with Aaro procedures and client specifications
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and key stakeholders through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Lead, mentor, and support project teams to achieve successful outcomes while aligning with Aaro Core Values and business goals
* Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiencies across productivity, work practices, and project execution, identifying opportunities for future growth
