Join Neverfail's busy Heatherton Distribution Centre as a Customer Service Coordinator, where your hands-on support will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and operational success.
In this dynamic, site-based role you'll provide responsive service across multiple channels—phone, live chat, email, and face-to-face interactions at our service desk.
Your day will be fast-paced and varied, involving first-call resolution for all delivery-related enquiries and working closely with our onsite logistics team.
What You Will Be Doing
Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, live chat, email, and in-person.
Resolve delivery and service issues with empathy and efficiency, collaborating closely with logistics and dispatch teams.
Provide real-time updates on deliveries, manage exceptions, and coordinate timely solutions.
Support walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain compliance with site safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Let's Talk About You
Proven customer service experience, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to diverse customer needs.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Teams, and others.
Ability to navigate multiple systems to update and retrieve accurate customer and delivery information.
Committed to site safety and operational compliance.
