Your expertise will contribute to the timely and efficient restoration of properties, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate damage to properties and determine appropriate restoration methods. Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Carry out fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning and deodorising affected areas. Implement mould remediation procedures to ensure a safe environment. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role within the building and construction industry. Strong understanding of restoration techniques and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications in restoration or related fields are advantageous. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to various job sites.
