We are looking for STORE MANAGER to join our team at Mandurah.
Store Management:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage and train all store staff to the Neverland service standard whilst fostering a positive and productive work environment
Achieve store budgets through effectively customer service, task delegation and prioritization.
Ensure all Neverland Store directives are completed to standard and on time.
Complete all weekly reporting and maintain robust communication with Area Manager
Lead by example and be responsible for store and staff performance.
Tuesday to Saturday roster
Who you are:
Have a passion for street wear & fashion
Robust customer service skills and standards
Previous experience in a management role
Be performance driven in both level of service and financial achievement
Previous visual merchandising experience
