Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Workplace Analyst to join their team.
The role provides analysis and solutions to support the delivery of the Thrive Program; specifically gathering, documenting, and reviewing business requirements and testing options to achieve the outcomes of the Program.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate and develop business requirements for Activity Based Working approach.
- Conduct current workplace accommodation site review and analysis
- Complete project documentation such as business requirements, process mapping and standard operating procedures as required.
- Establish first level cost estimates and identify business savings.
- Ensure compliance with Project Management framework and PMO standards with deliverables.
- Provide program analytical functions, supporting the Project Manager in the successful review of project needs and options.
- Identify and highlight any risks and issues to the program manager based on analysis and data reviewed.
- Providing timely and accurate reports, highlighting trends, analysis, results, and appropriate commentary.
- Carrying out reporting that involves the collection, audit and reporting of large amounts of data.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management/Business Management or related discipline
- 3+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst in a Project team
- A relevant program management qualification (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMI)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups including Senior Executives
- Strong analytical capability, with ability to synthesise large amounts of data
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and testing business requirements
- Prior experience with Agile project methodology with ability to tailor methods to a client situation
- Prior experience working with OCM [Operational Change Management] team.
- Exposure to ABW [Activity Based Work] environments, workplace fit outs, human-centered design an advantage.
- Self-starter who can deal with organisational ambiguity
- Collaborative and constructive with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive with exceptional integrity, professionalism efficiency and accuracy
- Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen.
