We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Teller at our Palmerston branch. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment they walk in.
As a Teller, you will engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customers' needs, utilizing your knowledge of financial products and services to support their holistic banking requirements. You will address everyday banking queries and refer customers to specialists in Home Loans or Business Banking to ensure each customer receives tailored support and guidance.
