Fast, friendly, and fully functional, our professional Disability Support and Private Tutoring Service is well renowned throughout the Caboolture area. We are a small independent company focused on quality not quantity.
**What will you do?**
You will work both independently and with other team members to actively make a difference in people's lives. This could take on many forms as every individual's needs are different. Many of the tasks include transporting participants, supporting them with daily living tasks, and supporting participants to gain skills and greater independence. You will work within a variety of structured programs tailor-made to their needs.
**Who are you and what will you bring?**
You will bring a person-centered approach, placing the person at the center of their service. You will work collaboratively, tailoring your approach to the needs of the individual. You will quickly establish rapport with clients and their families and have clear and effective communication skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in case notes and record-keeping.
You will need to be comfortable supporting individuals with intellectual/physical disabilities, high medical needs, mental health diagnosed or behavioural concerns. Most importantly you will bring a positive can-do attitude and reliability.

**What is your availability?**
Please note to be successful in this role, you will have or be willing to obtain:
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A Working with Children Check
- Evidence of right to work in Australia.
- A current First Aid, and CPR certificate.
- Ability and willingness to drive and a full Australian Driver's License
- A Police check
- Evidence of two Covid vaccinations
- Relevant industry qualifications are highly favorable, but training can be provided.
- A completed NDIS worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and you'
- a doctors clearance to state there are no conditions that would prevent you from fulfilling this role.
Fluency in English is required.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $28.00 - $32.75 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

- Morning shift
Licence/Certification:
- NDIS worker screening check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
