Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files end-to-end
* Preparing contracts of sale, section 32s, and associated property documentation/correspondence
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
* Conducting PEXA settlements and managing relevant compliance requirements
