Key Responsibilities:
* Clients Management: Serve as primary contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and delivering results-driven campaigns.
* Strategic Thinking: Contribute to client campaign strategy, working closely with the Head of Strategy and Account Directors to shape impactful marketing initiatives.
* Project Oversight: Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, experiential, and traditional platforms, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment.
* Team Guidance: Mentor junior account team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, ensuring long-term client success.
* Financial Acumen: Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining creative and strategic output.
What You'll Bring:
* At least 3 years of experience in account management within a creative or integrated agency.
* A proven track record of managing client relationships, delivering results-driven campaigns.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of the creative process.
