Role Description
* Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems
* Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues

* Assist with network, internet, email, and system access support

* Record, track, and resolve IT support tickets efficiently
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations
