flexhive by Hudson is your on-demand talent platform. We are currently seeking Call Centre Operators/ Claims Officers with a minimum of 2 years phone-based experience in customer service/ contact centres in the Bank, Insurance or Financial Services sector.

We are partnering with a leading insurance company. They are looking for 25 Claims Call Centre Operators for inbound queries and claims processing. They are contract roles with the possibility for extension.

Upon commencement, you will be offered several weeks of induction & training workshops to learn new skills, tools and process.

**Our Claims Officer positions**:

- **10** jobs available in Adelaide
- Start date: mid-october
- Up to 6 months contract with possibility for extension
- $33 hourly rate + super
- Monday to Friday (office hours)
- Paid induction & training workshops

**Duties and responsibilities**
***
The role is different every day, and the volume of claims to process is important - so there will never be a dull moment You will manage all aspects of processing claims online and over the phone - up until completion.

The Claim Administrator/ Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Manage end to end claims for determination and payment
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with a diverse range of clients such as professionals, individuals, or property
- Provide customers with optimal service, including quality and timely decisions
- Process claims for damages, collate records, claim spreadsheets and data
- Take the high volume of inbound calls
- Manage policies and procedures and meet legislative, business, and administrative requirements
- Meet specified timeframes and quality standards

**Your experience**

The role demands professionalism, organisation, and a commercial attitude towards all levels of customers and:

- Min. 2 years experience in a phone-based customer service environment
- Previous Claims or Customer Care experience in financial services (banking; insurance) preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient/clear communication skills
- Solid data entry and organisational skills
- Proficient with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Reliability, Adaptability and Punctuality
