Contract Management Specialist
The Contract Management Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of operations within the Asset Management Department. Reporting directly to the Contract Management Team Leader, you will oversee and optimize contractor processes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare contractor data for KPI assessments and maintain an accurate database.
* Verify contractor credentials and securely file insurance documents.
* Manage a detailed tracker spreadsheet and generate insightful reports.
* Regularly review contractor files to ensure compliance with standards.
* Maintain documentation related to KPIs, milestones, and contracts.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and streamline data management in SAP/DMS.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Admin role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in database management and document organisation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical abilities for data analysis and reporting.
* Proactive problem-solving approach.
* Contract management experience would be beneficial.
* Experience using SAP and Microsoft 365.

About Our Facility:
We operate a large-scale zinc smelter located on Hobart's River Derwent, only a few kilometres from the Tasmanian capital's charming city centre. Our facility uses the RLE process for zinc production. Our key products are SHG zinc, die cast alloys, and continuous galvanising grade (CGG) alloys.
