Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
Job Summary:
* This position is responsible for providing leadership to support customer needs, ensuring reliable and safe equipment operation.
* The role involves managing customer technical, commercial, and support issues.
* It requires leading a team of Field Service Representatives and managing the District Office facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and directing customer interface for field support activities.
* Developing manpower plans, staff training, and motivating a professional workforce.
* Managing all aspects of customer relationships and interfacing with senior customer operations personnel.
* Preparing and managing district business plans to achieve company goals.
* Managing technical service activities from field start-up through warranty period and ongoing operations.
* Developing field service programs and strategies to support customer services initiatives.
Requirements:
* Prefer a four-year degree in Engineering or Business or 6-8 years in experience and formal education.
* Requires a technical background with some experience in service and customer contact.
* Knowledge of gas turbine products and markets is preferred.
