We provide a wide range of gardening services to residential properties from Glenbrook to Katoomba, delivering high-quality results with a personal touch.
**Job Overview**
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain shape and health.
- Performing lawn maintenance, including mowing and edging.
- Ensuring the health of plants and flowers through proper care and maintenance.
- Conducting weed control using mechanical and chemical methods.
- Identifying and managing pests and plant diseases.
- Carrying out general grounds maintenance tasks to keep properties tidy and presentable.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate II or III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in garden maintenance or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of gardening techniques and plant/flower care.
- Proficiency in using and maintaining professional mowing, trimming, and pruning equipment.
- Precision and attention to detail in all gardening tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical capability to perform demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, weather conditions, and customer requests.
- Responsible attitude with adherence to health and safety procedures when using equipment and chemicals.
- Professional presentation and ability to interact with the public in a polite, helpful manner.
- Positive attitude towards working outdoors in all weather conditions.
**Requirements**:
- Manual driver's license (ability to drive and tow a trailer is a bonus).
