Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of CS Energy's Strategic Sourcing and Supply Strategy, aligning commercial objectives with enterprise goals and asset plans.
* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sourcing strategy to drive business value and improve supply chain resilience.
* Build strategic partnerships and supplier relationships to improve supply resilience, drive innovation, and create long-term value.
* Strengthen governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to ensure transparent, efficient, and sustainable operations.
* Integrate sourcing, contract management, warehousing, inventory, and logistics functions to enable seamless, data-driven performance.
* Embed systems, analytics, and performance metrics to enhance decision-making, track value creation, and measure impact.
* Foster a commercially astute team culture, building leadership capability and accountability across sourcing and supply disciplines.
* Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing enterprise strategy, investment decisions, and major project delivery.
About You
As a strategic and commercially astute leader, you bring a deep understanding of commercial management, contract negotiation, and supplier governance. You have experience in leading change across commercial, operational, or enterprise functions, modernising systems and processes, embedding data and analytics, and enhancing governance to drive measurable performance improvement.
