What you'll be doing
The Research Administration Officer is responsible for managing a broad range of administrative functions associated with the Research Directorate of SCHN. The Research Administration Officer will report to the Research Business Manager and work closely with Research Executive, Research Office and Administrative staff to ensure the timely, efficient and effective operation of key functions of Kids Research (KR). The position will require high level experience in supporting corporate functions, preferably in an academic or health setting.
About You
Relevant administrative experience in a health environment.
Advanced skills in the use of equipment and software including Hospital programs ROB, Patient Management, Oracle, HealthRoster, Microsoft (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook Mail and Calendar).
Demonstrated success in delivering high level support services to senior managers.
