Job Title: Workshop Service Leader
Komatsu Australia is seeking an experienced and skilled workshop service supervisor to oversee our high-performing workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability of our workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all workshop service operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
* Lead a team of skilled professionals, managing workflow, job allocation, and timely invoicing
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality service standards
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
* Proven experience in parts and service operations, ideally within heavy equipment or construction
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to coach, guide, and inspire your team
* Solid organisational and computer literacy skills
