As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our accounts and admin teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting and assisting visitors and clients professionally and warmly
* Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers
* Providing general administrative support to departments as required
You will also assist with customer invoicing and payment follow-ups, support the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconcile customer and vendor accounts, and monitor AR & AP inboxes and support invoice workflow.
As a hybrid role, you will combine front-of-house reception duties with administrative support across accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) and quality assurance (QA).
