Your Opportunity
In response to growing client demand for our Health and Safety (H&S) service offering, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced H&S professional to join our team in Melbourne or Brisbane.
This role takes guidance from the Associate Director or Director in the execution of work activities on engagements.
Working with leading organisations across a range of sectors including energy, mining and property, infrastructure, government and healthcare, financial services and corporates, education and defence sectors offering a wide range of health and safety (H&S) capabilities, including:
1. H&S strategy design and implementation, including key performance indicators
2. H&S governance and assurance frameworks
3. H&S leadership and culture assessments
4. H&S management systems, policies, guidelines and procedures and due diligence assessments
5. H&S auditing to ISO 45001 and ISO 45003
6. H&S legislation and regulatory compliance reviews
7. H&S gap assessment, benchmarking, data analysis and reporting
8. Contractor management framework reviews
9. Psychosocial risk assessment, mental health and well-being programs
10. H&S risk assessments
11. Critical risk identification and control management
12. Incident investigation and root cause analysis Crisis and Emergency Management

Your Experience
16. Strong knowledge of health and safety management, including at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in H&S compliance auditing and advisory services, conducting risk assessments, designing H&S Management System Frameworks and developing and implementing corrective actions and mitigation controls
17. Ability to apply relevant H&S legislation, regulation, standards and codes of practice
18. General H&S technical expertise across a range of areas including high risk work, safety observations / inspections, emergency response, incident reporting and investigation for example
19. Demonstrated experience in developing reports and proposals is essential
20. Understanding of injury management
