About Goodstart Townsville
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a room where the youngest learners begin their journey? At Goodstart Townsville, we're looking for a dedicated Senior Educator to guide and inspire our nursery team.
* Work in a full‑time position leading the Nursery Room – supporting babies as they grow, explore, and learn in their most important early years.
* Work in our 75‑place centre in Kirwan, right across from Willows Shopping Centre and close to local schools.
* Create a safe, nurturing space where children from six weeks old feel secure, cared for, and encouraged every day.
* Be part of a service rated Exceeding in Quality Area 2 – Children's Health and Safety
* Guide and mentor other educators, building a strong team that works together to support families and children.

You'll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
